This is a vintage hat by G. Howard Hodge. It is made of navy taffeta with a wide stitched brim, and navy ribbon. There is no size tag inside but it measures approximately:

Outer diameter – 12″x13″
Height – 4.5″
Brim (widest) – 4″
This is in “Very Good” vintage condition!
