This is a Hallmark Keepsake “Santa Sub” ornament. The 1992 limited edition measures approximately 4.5 inches long. It is intended to light up. It did at the time of this post. However, we do not guarantee the operation of electrical or battery powered ornaments. Please make your decision on looks alone. It is free of chips or cracks, comes in the original box, and considered to be in very good pre-owned condition.
